The workshop aimed to analyze existing products crafted by artisans using the Tilla technique and to innovate new designs utilizing this traditional craft. This Ustaad workshop strives to rejuvenate and redefine the Tilla cluster, providing fresh impetus to both the craft and its artisans in terms of design and product development. Situated in Wakura, Ganderbal district, Jammu, and Kashmir, the cluster is located just 24 km from Srinagar, serving as a hub for Tilla craftsmanship and innovation.
