It was a pleasure to work as the Design Director for the tribal bracket of 'Adi Shaurya' a national mass event.
The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, in partnership with the Ministry of Defence and the Indian Coast Guard, celebrated the mass gathering "Adi Shaurya - Parv Parakram Ka" with a colorful showcase of tribal dances, and performances by the Armed forces to commemorate the 126th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose (Parakram Diwas).
Shri Arjun Munda, Union Minister of Tribal Affairs, and Shri Ajay Bhatt, Minister of State of Defence and Tourism graced the concluding day of the Adi Shaurya Parv today at the Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi. The second day witnessed the presence of a massive crowd of more than 50,000 people.
Adi Shaurya - Parv Parakram ka
'Adi Shaurya-Parv Parakram Ka' was a celebration of how Tribals and the Army walk hand in hand to protect the borders and Indian Land.
The entire event was primarily decorated with sustainable and traditional tribal elements like handloom fabric, masks, baskets, and other hand-crafted products which were directly sourced from the Indian tribes to support and promote local economy.
Sustainability was another major aspect of this event decor, natural basketry was our primary decorative element and all the print media was executed on sustainable/re-recycled fabric.
